Photo Day is held each Fall and gives every player the chance to take both an individual photo and a team photo. Please check your team’s assigned time and plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early.
For Fall 2025, all teams will gather at Moulton Elementary School for Photo Day. Players will take individual and team portraits during their team’s scheduled time slot.
Please check the full Photo Day schedule below and arrive early enough to meet your team and be ready when your player is called.

Parents may also upgrade or purchase additional photo items. To do that, complete an order form and hand it directly to the photographer.

The photo area will be set up at the back of the school. Parking is available in the lot off Highlands Ave. Follow the signs to the designated Photo Day check-in near the main field. Volunteers will be available to guide families.
Delivery for additional orders is typically about 3–4 weeks.

Every player receives a Standard Free Package, but a completed order form with basic information must still be turned in.
Yes. Just mark that you are not ordering additional items and include your athlete’s name, parent name, division, and team so the free package can be matched correctly to your player. No payment is needed unless you are ordering extras.
Yes. Parents can order extra items such as prints, magnets, keychains, digital files, and more by filling out the Order Form and turning it in to the photographer on Photo Day.
Complete the Order Form, select your items, total the amount, and then pay either:

Players should arrive in full uniform: jersey, shorts, socks, and cleats. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so your team is ready when called.
Unfortunately, make-up team photo sessions are not available. If your child misses Photo Day, they will not appear in the team photo. There may be a possible make-up option for individual photos only, but that is still TBD. Please email [email protected] to check.
Standard packages and extra orders are typically delivered in about 3–4 weeks. Coaches or team managers will distribute them once they arrive.
We strongly recommend downloading and printing the form before Photo Day.
A limited number of forms will be available at the Check-In Desk, but bringing your form ready to go will make the day easier for everyone.
