It’s that time of year again—Photo Day is here!

About Photo Day

Each Fall season, LNYSA hosts Photo Day in September, giving every player the chance to take both individual and team portraits.

For Fall 2025, all teams will gather at Moulton Elementary School to capture their personal and team photos. Please check your team’s assigned time on the schedule below and plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to meet your team for the group shots and ensure your player is ready when called.

As part of your seasonal registration, you’ll receive a free standard photo package, which includes:

• 1 – 8x10 Team & Individual Collage Photo

• 4 – Individual Wallet Photos

• 1 – Button Photo

Parents also have the option to upgrade or purchase additional items. Simply complete an order form and hand it directly to the photographer. You can Pay on the day with a card or cash or prepay here (bring the receipt)

The photo area will be set up at the back of the school. Parking is available in the lot off Highlands Ave. Follow the signs to the designated Photo Day check-in near the main field. Volunteers will be available to guide families to their stations.

Tips for a Smooth Photo Day

• ✅ Arrive a little early to allow time for check-in.

• 📦 Bring your Order Form to order additional Items [Click here for Order Form]

• 👕 Make sure your player is in full uniform (jersey, shorts, socks).

• 💧 Bring water and smiles—photos move quickly, but lines can form fast.

• 🌿 Please respect school property and clean up after your group.

Important Reminder – Order Form

Please complete the order form.

• If you’re only requesting the Standard/Free Package, Just Print the Order Form & Check "Check here if you are not ordering additional photos."  - Add Athlete Name, Parent, Division, Team. 

• If you’re Ordering ADDITIONAL ITEMS   - complete ALL Fields. Delivery is about 3–4 weeks. 

• A limited number of Order form printouts will be available at the Check-In Desk on Sunday, BUT it is much better to do this in advance so you are ready to hand it to the Photographer when they take your Players photos.

Q: When is Photo Day?

A: Photo Day is on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at Moulton Elementary School (29851 Highlands Ave, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677). Please check the schedule for your team’s assigned time.

 Q: What’s included with registration?

A: Every player receives a Standard Free Package but must give in an Order form with basic information , that includes:

• 1 × 8×10 Team & Individual Collage Photo

• 4 × Wallet-sized Individual Photos

• 1 × Button Photo

 Q: Can I order extra photos or products?

A: Yes! Parents can purchase additional items (magnets, keychains, prints, digital files, etc.) by filling out the Order Form, including all Information and handing it to the photographer on Photo Day.

 Q: Do I need to fill out the Order Form if I only want the Free Package?

A: Yes, but it’s quick and simple. Just Check Not ordering Additional & provide your Athletes Name, Parent , Division, Team so we can match the free package to your child. No payment is required unless you’re ordering extras.

 Q: How do I pay for extra products?

A: Complete the Order Form with your information.  Add the Products under ORDER HERE. Add a Total.  Pay by Card or Cash at the Field or Prepay HERE & take the RECEIPT with you. Delivery of additional items takes about 3–4 weeks.

 Q: What should players wear?

A: Players should come in full uniform (jersey, shorts, socks, cleats). Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so your team is ready when called.

 Q: What if my child can’t make Photo Day?

A: Unfortunately, we can’t offer make-up sessions. If your child misses Photo Day, they won’t appear in the team photo, but there may be a make up for Individual photos  - TBD  (Reach out to [email protected] to check.)

 Q: When will we receive the photos?

A: Standard packages and any extras will be delivered in about 3–4 weeks. Coaches or team managers will distribute them once they arrive.

 Q: Where can I get the Order Form?

A: Forms  can be Printed prior to arrival. There will be a limited number of forms available at the Check-In Desk on Photo Day but it is better to can download/print it in advance from our website  - 👉 [Click Here for Order Form]
