Sunday, October 4, 2026 — individual and team photos for all Fall season teams.

Quick Summary

Photo Day is held each Fall and gives every player the chance to take both an individual photo and a team photo. Please check your team’s assigned time and plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early.

About Photo Day

For Fall 2026, all teams will gather at Moulton Elementary School for Photo Day. Players will take individual and team portraits during their team’s scheduled time slot.

Please check the full Photo Day schedule below and arrive early enough to meet your team and be ready when your player is called.

What’s Included with Registration

As part of your seasonal registration, each player receives a free standard photo package that includes:

  • 1 – 8x10 Team & Individual Collage Photo
  • 4 – Individual Wallet Photos
  • 1 – Button Photo

Parents may also upgrade or purchase additional photo items. To do that, complete an order form and hand it directly to the photographer.

The photo area will be set up at the back of the school. Parking is available in the lot off Highlands Ave. Follow the signs to the designated Photo Day check-in near the main field. Volunteers will be available to guide families.

Tips for a Smooth Photo Day

  • ✅ Arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in
  • 📦 Bring your order form if ordering additional items
  • 👕 Make sure your player is in full uniform (jersey, shorts, socks)
  • 💧 Bring water and smiles—lines can move quickly
  • 🌿 Please respect school property and clean up after your group

Important Reminder About the Order Form

  • If you only want the Standard / Free Package, print the order form and check the box that says you are not ordering additional photos. Add the athlete name, parent name, division, and team.
  • If you are ordering additional items, complete all fields on the form.
  • A limited number of printed forms will be available at check-in, but it is much better to complete the form in advance so you are ready when your player is photographed.

Delivery for additional orders is typically about 3–4 weeks.

What’s included with registration?

Every player receives a Standard Free Package, but a completed order form with basic information must still be turned in.

  • 1 × 8×10 Team & Individual Collage Photo
  • 4 × Wallet-Sized Individual Photos
  • 1 × Button Photo

Do I need to fill out the Order Form if I only want the Free Package?

Yes. Just mark that you are not ordering additional items and include your athlete’s name, parent name, division, and team so the free package can be matched correctly to your player. No payment is needed unless you are ordering extras.

Can I order extra photos or products?

Yes. Parents can order extra items such as prints, magnets, keychains, digital files, and more by filling out the Order Form and turning it in to the photographer on Photo Day.

How do I pay for extra products?

Complete the Order Form, select your items, total the amount, and then pay either:

  • By card or cash at the field on Photo Day, or
  • Online in advance: Prepay Here

If you prepay online, please bring your receipt with you.

What should players wear?

Players should arrive in full uniform: jersey, shorts, socks, and cleats. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so your team is ready when called.

What if my child can’t make Photo Day?

Unfortunately, make-up team photo sessions are not available. If your child misses Photo Day, they will not appear in the team photo. There may be a possible make-up option for individual photos only, but that is still TBD. Please email [email protected] to check.

When will we receive the photos?

Standard packages and extra orders are typically delivered in about 3–4 weeks. Coaches or team managers will distribute them once they arrive.

Where can I get the Order Form?

We strongly recommend downloading and printing the form before Photo Day.

A limited number of forms will be available at the Check-In Desk, but bringing your form ready to go will make the day easier for everyone.
