Designed especially for ages 3–4, this Saturday-morning program focuses on movement, imagination,
and confidence while learning the basics of the game.
What Is MiniKickers?
MiniKickers is a fun-filled soccer experience held on Saturday mornings at Bear Brand Park
during the Spring and Fall seasons. Sessions run 8–10 weeks, with
no midweek practices, making it an easy and enjoyable commitment for families.
Each 60-minute session (8:30–9:30 AM) is structured to keep kids moving, smiling, and engaged—
while building foundational skills through play.
What a Typical Session Looks Like
- Players are placed on a color-coded micro-field with a small team
- Short, energetic, game-based skill activities such as:
- GoScore
- Follow the Leader
- Driving School
- Hit the Coach!
- Frequent water breaks to stay hydrated
- Session ends with a short, fun scrimmage
- Each player earns a soccer skills patch based on that week’s activities
