Registration Support

registrationWe process thousands of player registrations each season but some times tech is not as cooperative as we would like.   What can cause problems during registration?

(1) Pop-Up Blockers on your desktop
(2) Older versions of a Browser (Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer)
(3) Seasonal Age of player halts reg process
(4) Parent has a duplicate Account & is logging in with the incorrect a/c
(5) Password Problems

Try opening the Seasonal Registration link in another browser or on another device to see if this solves the issue.

Pop-Up Blockers:
If you use a pop-up blocker when you are browsing the web this can cause a problem during the registration process as we try to serve you different parts of the reg form.  Try temporarily turning off the pop-up blocker during the registration process or use a browser on a device that does not have pop-ups enabled

Browser Compatibility:
Try opening the Seasonal Registration link using another Browser version and/or device to see if this solves the problem.  Most of the time most modern browsers will work without a problem with our online registration system. But please review the compatibility list below if you are experiencing a problem. The simplest solution is to use a device that has a newer release of an Internet browser  – Your browser needs to support TLS 1.1 and 1.2 for the registration process to work.

On a PC:

IE 11 – Supported by Default
IE 10 – Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Security > Check TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2
IE 9 and older – NOT SUPPORTED

Microsoft Edge Supported by default

Google Chrome (recommended if the customer only has default OS browser (old IE or Safari)
Version 30 and older supported

Mozilla Firefox Version 27 and older supported

Opera Version 17 and older

On a MAC: MUST use Safari 9

OS X 10.9 (Mavericks): Supported on Safari 9 (must update browser)
OS X 10.10 (Yosemite): Supported in Safari 9 (must update browser)
OS X 10.11 (El Capitan): Supported by default (comes with Safari 9)

If the error still occurs, this solution has worked for a few users. Customers can try at their own risk, or they can google the error code (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET):

Program Age Groups:
LNYSA offers programs for players aged 3 to 19 years old.  If you seeing the WRONG age group when registering? This is probably due to the fact that the Player Management Platform uses Seasonal Age. The Seasonal Age  is the  age of your player as of Aug 1st that Fall Season.  The Seasonal Age is used to calculate the relative age of a player to place them into an age group  These relative ages are mandated by the State Soccer Association. i.e If your mini-kicker is aged 3 by the start of the Season they are eligible to play in the program even though their Seasonal Age may show that they are only 2. For players in other divisions, wanting to PLAY-UP an email is sent some time after a player is registered requesting your player preferences. (It MUST be completed for any player preferences to be considered)   If you are having problems in this area,  please email

Wrong Passwords and Password Resets:
We have to remember a lot of passwords in our every day. So sometimes we forget the password.  It happens, but you can reset your password by telling the system 3 things about you – email, last name and zip   – Go here to reset your password

Still Need Help:
If none of the above help please email our support desk and outline the nature of the problem you are seeing, remember to tell us about the problem you are seeing i.e can’t access registration link / link broken or player not listed in account, or email address needs updating or describe the issue at a certain point in the registration process.  The more info you offer the better advise we can give you to resolve the issue.
