It’s Hot! – Please Remember to think about Dehydration – The invisible opponent

sweating-sunDuring the month of September and October, game time and practice time temperatures can peak into the high 80’s increasing the risk of player dehydration, heat exhaustion or even heat stroke.  Proper hydration means drinking before, during and after activities.  You should consult your physician on the methods they prescribe and advise for your athlete.
