The LNYSA Soccer Program - 10 years of Excellence!
Parents, Players, Coaches, and Board Members,
Another great and enjoyable Spring season for our Recreational Program came to an end!
- Last Saturday we completed our recreational season with the Spring Tournament. The games for U8, U10 and U12 Divisions were played on the local Laguna Niguel fields with enthusiastic spectators and LNYSA representatives. Each team has practiced and played hard the whole season to prepare for the event. Pictures of some of the teams with trophies are below. Kevin Brady, Spring Tournament Director, did a fantastic job of organizing it so that the players, parents and coaches enjoy the experience.
- Mini-Kickers had a last sessions on Saturday. We have seen some amazing little players enjoying soccer games and parents/coaches helping out with the drills (and kid's attention). Those players are our future of our sport and we hope they will be back in the fall.
- Academy players (U6 and U7) Division also completed their last session on Saturday. Club coaches and our parents/coaches were tireless during the season of skills sessions, scrimmages and fun. We hope that we will see all the players back this fall. We thank Sam and Eric of LUFC (Laguna United) and the parents/coaches for great work.
- Most team in Division U14, U16 and U19 are still playing their games in JUSA soccer league. We wish them strong ending of the season and we will let you know if anyone gets first place.
