Here is rest of the information you will need, including Frequently Asked Questions about Photo Day:

Where is the Photo Day location?
The location of photo day will be MOULTON ELEMENTARY in Laguna Niguel. The address is 29851 Highlands. Major cross streets are Niguel Road and Highlands. The photos will be taken on the soccer field to the right of the main parking lot.

What will my child receive in the photo day package?
Each player will receive 1 Digital Memory Mate (team photo and individual photo on one sheet), 2-3 ½ x 5 Individual Prints, 8 mini wallets, and 1-3 inch Metal Photo Button. The "League Package" is N/C and is included with your LNYSA registration fee.

How do I order my child's photos?
A Photo form will be given to each child from their coach before photo day. Your child should bring this envelope (filled out) to their photo time. Additional individual photo "items and packages" may be purchased at the additional cost required by the photographer. Exact cash or a check for "extra" is due to the photographer (THOP) on Photo Day.

What should my child wear?
Each player should be in full uniform, and have their complete envelope in their hands before their photo is taken.

When will I know what time our team is to be photographed?
Each team will be assigned a specific time for their team photo to be taken. These times are listed on the photo packets.  Teams should arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled time slot. You can review the entire schedule here.

What if I am late to our scheduled time?
The photographer does not wait for late arriving players and coaches. It is very important that you plan extra time for traveling and unexpected delays on your way to the photo time slot. Also, please allow time for parking as it is very crowded in this day.

Are team mascots or pets allowed in the picture?
At no time, will the photographer photograph dogs (mascots) or other animals in the team photo. Team photos should include the coach, assistant Coaches, and the children on the team. The team manager is welcome to be in the photo if the coach so chooses.

When will we receive our photos?

Finished photo packages have a delivery guaranteed of 4-5 weeks after photo day. All photos are returned to the coaches. It is the responsibility of the coach to see that each child receives their photo packet. A location to pick up the photos is determined by the Division Director of each coach.

What if a child's photos are missing from our team's photos?

Makeup photos are mailed directly to the child's home address via regular mail by the photographer. Your child will receive a team photo when they receive their Makeup Day Photo. Remember, however, they will not be pictured in the original photo taken on the day if they were not present.

What if I decide to order more photos after I receive them or there is a mistake?

Reorder forms are included in each child's photo package. At this time you can send it to THOP with check or credit card information. Your child will also receive a special code that you may go to www.THOP.com and click on reorders. We need a few greeters to guide the children to the field, water station volunteers. The photographer and staff do most of the work for us. We can always use the help.

In order to have a smooth running photo experience, please keep your team together and in their assigned area. Please know that much time will be taken when scheduling your team to take their photo. We request that only the coaches and team managers stand with the teams in assigned areas and parents may wait in a central area. Your understanding and cooperation, is an important example to your children and mist helpful to your coach.
