How Do I Get a Refund?

If your child has decided not to play soccer this fall or if you have moved from the area, we're sorry to see you leave. LNYSA will offer a full refund of fees for any child that has not practiced or played in a game.

You can submit a request using the Refund Request Form.
All refund requests must be submitted to LNYSA prior to September 1st. To request a refund from LNYSA mail the above mentioned form letter to our mailing address :

Attach a copy of the front and back of the check or credit card receipt. Clearly show on the letter/email your address so we can mail the refund check back to you. The refund process takes 3-4 weeks to complete if you have provided ALL of the requested information.You can contact the LNYSA treasurer for a status on your refund request but please allow 2 weeks from the date of mailing your refund request.
