| Live Scan Application Required for all Volunteers |

All volunteers (coaches, referees, board members) must go through the Live Scan application and finger printing process. LNYSA will have technicians at Coach training courses to take finger prints and to process applications. Please download the CalSouth Live Scan application fill it out and make 3 copies prior to attending a Live Scan session or before going to a Live Scan processing center. You can also go to any Live Scan processing center and have your finger print and application submitted there for a fee. The nearest Live Scan processing center is the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Aliso Viejo substation at 11 Journey, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656.
