| New Volunteer Soccer Game, every Wednesday |

Coaches, LNYSA has had since its inception a Coaches Game that is played once a week. It has become very popular and the coaches that participate have benefitted in many ways including increased knowledge of the game, learning new skills and, of course, lasting friendships through the shared passion for soccer. LNYSA is now sponsoring another program for volunteers interested in learning, fitness and friendship. On Wednesdays from 7-9 we will hold a “LNYSA Developmental Game”. This will be for those volunteers that are new to soccer or returning to the game and wanting to increase their effectiveness. The program will be an opportunity to play in an organized, safe environment. The program will be run primarily as a game, but we will also provide coaches a variety of drills and training which can be applied to the youth programs and your teams. All attendees must sign and turn in a player activity waiver to the session co-ordinator. Also the coordinator will track attendance via the player sign-in sheet so that you are contacted if game times or the field location is changed or we have a field black-out on a certain date. The program is open to anyone actively involved in LNYSA so please take this opportunity to learn, increase fitness, build friendships, and ultimately improve your coaching skills.
