Dehydration - The invisible opponent

During the month of September, game time tempertures can peak into the high 80's increasing the risk of player dehydration.  Combating dehydration requires preparation and diligence on your part to limit the effects during athletic activities.  You should consult your physician on the methods they prescribe and advise for your athlete.
