Each coach MUST submit a lineup card for each game. Please have a line up card ready for the referee for each game. LNYSA lineup cards for each age group are provided below in both excel and pdf format.
* Lineup cards are not required for Lower Divisions. Use this card to help track player time and for a quick reference on Rules of Play for Lower Divisions. U16, U19 and Signature Line up cards must be generated through CORIS for the playing circuit each week. |
