LNYSA as a volunteer, community based league has grown to nearly 2400 players in the Fall Season & 1000 players the Spring - the thousands of emails were becoming overwelming! In order to streamline & automate certain processes in LNYSA we have a range of member forms to fulfil member requests (see below for the specific task):
