The Organization
Laguna Niguel Youth Soccer Association - a Volunteer run League

Laguna Niguel Youth Soccer Association was setup by 6 volunteers who had a vision in mind for a dynamic locally managed organization built to provide a superior soccer experience for Laguna Niguel children ages 4 – 19. These 6 were quickly followed by 34 other volunteers, forming the LNYSA Board - collectively they share a passion for the game of soccer and a strong desire to run a "player centric" program that promotes the game in a fun and safe environment. Thanks to hundreds of volunteers , LNYSA is now the biggest volunteer run youth soccer program in Laguna Niguel supporting over 1800 players in its first Fall Season. We expect to have nearly a thousand players on fields in the Spring. This will set a new record for number of players playing soccer in the Spring Season.

An entire range of youth recreational soccer opportunities are offered. Programs include the Mini-Kickers program for players under age 5, Laguna Niguel recreational soccer for ages 5 – 19, the Signature league for players with advanced skills (U11 – U14) and seasonal programs such as the LNYSA Fantastic 4v4 Soccer for U6-U8 age players to emulate learning the game in a "Street Soccer" environment.

During the fall season, U6 – U14 recreation teams play all of their games in Laguna Niguel. After "play-offs" qualifying teams participate in district championships and all-star tournaments against other CalSouth recreational leagues in the area.

LNYSA Signature teams, U16, and U19 teams play games against other CalSouth League teams during both the Fall and Spring Season. The teams play some of their games in Laguna Niguel and travel to surrounding areas for other games.

Laguna Niguel Youth Soccer Association (LNYSA) is backed by The California Youth Soccer Association - South (Cal South Soccer) who manage southern California for the United States Youth Soccer Association. US Youth Soccer is the largest youth soccer group in North America supporting over 3.4 million Youth soccer players.

LNYSA, Inc., is a locally run non-profit corporation.
